ISO Consultants is brought to you by Statius Management Services Ltd.

We are a group of consultants with extensive experience of implementing ISO systems within a wide variety of industries. Prior to becoming consultants, we have gained experience in a various roles, including engineering, manufacturing, retail, warehousing and logistics, to name a few.

The consultants hold a selection of qualifications; degrees and masters degrees, NEBOSH General Certificate; Institute of Leadership and Management Award, NEBOSH Fire Safety, EOR/202N Work Safely in an Engineering Environment – Basic Lift Safety Certificate; IOSH; Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), DSE Assessor & ISO Auditor.

Mark Woods
Founder & CEO

Mark is absolutely fascinated by what makes organisations and people tick.  He is an apprentice served professional engineer and MBA qualified.  Mark is the founder of Statius Management Services Ltd.  

Matt Lear
Managing Director

Matt is Statius’ longest serving consultant this being his 19th Year. He is Head of Management Systems and is tasked with ensuring that all Statius clients receive an excellent service from knowledgeable, well trained consultants.

Clint Holland
Consultant

Clint joined Statius bringing with him a wealth of experience in warehousing, stock management, logistics and delivery management. His qualifications include IOSH, NEBOSH, DSE Assessor and ISO Auditor training, Clint brings a variety of experiences across a range of business types.

Paul Hobson
Consultant

Paul has a passion for tackling complex leadership challenges and is comfortable tackling strategic and operational issues. He has a military and police command background and emphasises using critical and compliance thinking to deliver practical and sustainable solutions to operational, safety, environmental and training problems.

Ian Moynes
Consultant

Ian is an experienced professional with over two decades in infrastructure, construction and high-profile events management, possessing director level experience in an international £100 Million turnover, company. Demonstrated leadership from ground to strategic planning, health & safety, sustainability, compliance and implementation of positive, effective and efficient change.

Nick Dipple
Consultant

Nick is an experienced management system professional with a particular interest in health & safety in the workplace. Nick worked for many years for an MOD contractor where he gained a detailed knowledge of the sales, purchasing, operations, stock management and logistics functions and their interaction with quality, health and safety and environmental management systems.

David Daly
Consultant

David Daly is an experienced operations and restaurant management professional with a strong passion for the food industry. He excels in driving key performance indicators, enhancing financial performance, and delivering high-quality customer care. David is skilled in leading and motivating teams, developing successful relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
